I have never been to Japan but I will take shot. the number of people per mile. more poeple on the system in a smaller area cheaper price. also more poeple would sign up for it in Japan many people in the USA are happy with there aol. i have no idea why i guse they are dumb or just dont think that it is importent for paying more so there are fewer people that keeps the price around higher. but never having been to asia i wouldnt really know for sure |
