| Yahoo in Japan Okay I Live in Japan. My YAHOO service is called YAHOO BB. (BroadBand). I am on the 8mbs package. $21 a month. (2300 yen). This is but one of many cheap ADSL providers. Although I am a long ways away from the servers I get 1 mbs average. So How much smoke are american companies going to Blow. And what is the real cost of providing ADSL to places dislocated from major servers. And why the HIGH prices. Doesnt make sense.....
Oh did I mention that the 12mbs plan is $23 a month. Didnt need it phone line cant handle it. Oh ann my uploads are well over 600kbps No special packages. Straight forward service....... Sorry if this is not relevant just felt the need to tell the world... |

| Yeah but look where you are at.............I live in San Diego.........and I wouldn't trade this for anything even if the DSL was free..........It is because you are in Japan.......that is why it is so cheap....... |
