Re: Same prices...no big deal! So are you telling me that there was absolutely nothing stopping them from providing me with 384k DSL for $49.95 all along???? If so these people are by far the stupidest business people in the history of capitalism. They could've owned the broadband market in my 4 suburb area. This is the reason DSL is dead. Sure they can offer 384k now, but that's 3 years too late. I've been terrorizing customer service rep after customer service rep for years over this. My goal is for them to talk about me in the coffee break room. Eventually maybe a manager hears it and his 25 IQ brain might get the picture. AND YOU DEFEND THIS IDIOTIC COMPANY!!!!!! |

So you've been requesting this for a couple years and now when they have it you don't want it.... hmmm... don't see how that makes sense. Guess the "terrorizing customer rep's" sums up your way of thinking though, doesn't sound rational to me. |

 | Well, now Earthlink has cable modem service here for $41.95 even for non-cable TV subscribers. 2 years ago we didn't have cable modems period. The best broadband service is the one available first. |

 | Yeah of course.........hehehe |
