I just went thru a 4 hour test on this new software for SBC. Its actually going to be really a great idea, if it works the way it should. The best thing is that it is not made by sbc or yahoo, but an outsourced company that actually knows what they are doing. This software will actually be able to curb some of your calls to tech support as well. It has what is called a connection manager. It scans your system for errors, and tells you how to fix them, and what it means, in words that all will understand.. (supposedly). I just hope it works..  |
