Is rogers mail server down?

Roser @cpe.net.cable.rogers	Is rogers mail server down? Outlook express keeps giving me errors saying it could not find pop server. But I can check newsgroups.

sbrook Premium,Mod join:2001-12-14 Ottawa kudos:4	Try putting in the fully qualified mail server address. It could be a DNS issue. Get your phub name and specify the address as follows ... pop.slnt.phub.net.cable.rogers.com replacing slnt with the name of your phub.
