they day the configs are sent is the day i will believe their upload will go up until then i assume the worst...
has anyone noticed the deathstar blocking part of the sun and moon lately ????? almost seems like soon they will charge for the sunlight also.

Costs money to raise caps. you can put more users on a node by dropping the caps. it remains to be seen what will be done by Comcast. my bets are on people with 256kbps going to 128kbps. anyone get any official communications from comcast regarding service levels? |
