| Will take time I work for the Houston SBC call center. The SBC YAHOO will curb down a lot of calls. I have installed the CD on various OSs.
It scans your system, Network and SBC connection. If it finds a problem It gives you direction on how to fix it or fixes it itself.
It can send complete reports to us TECH(if customer allows it), a lot of tech info about their connection and system. No personal info as I have seen those reports.
It takes snap shots of browser, PPPOE, EMAIL client and few out things. If you (customer) ever mess something up..just press restore...viola!! You are up and running.
I think its gonna be neat but initially it would be a pain for us as we are not use to this type of Support but it's gonna make the customer's life a lot easier. |
