Are you running this with iis on windows ? or apache ?
Do you have php working on your site now ?
When you uploaded it did you make all the folders that it needs and the right names they should be ? the image folders can be anything .

I changed nothing until now, i changed the images directory to say "page1" and i changed the $maxrow to 5, it stated I can change it. I went back and put everything back as default at it still looks wierd. I am using IIS on windows, and yes I have php installed.

Not sure what you did but it is trying to find the pictures with this link and that wont work .

Ok do this reload the software and don't do anything to it and just put a few pictures in it and see if it will work .
Put everything in one folder (all the files )

That's what is confusing me, as they are there, it doesnt like the variable names or something, but i'm not changing that. I backed up. The images are showing, but not the popups, just a black page, and it still shows those errors. I dont understand how everyone else was so flawless, and i'm doing the same thing.

Ada, MN | I run it on windlws but i use apache so not sure what it is and why it is doing that ? you may have to ask the guy that made it see if he knows? maybe someone else here knows?
But you did get the pictures to show but you still have errors on the page .
i would start over and try it with out doing anything to the page and see if it works .. ( all new files)

I did all that. left everything as it was, and it still have those same funky errors. even with two folders, switching to the other folders and it doesnt do it. too many bugs to try and figure out. i'm moving on
