No, that is not correct

Yes....there may very well be a problem and in VeZoZ's case I have stated as such. What I am trying to say (hopefully for the last time) is that they are not the same problem. If you have a problem in Belleville then let's look at that but to continually attempt to correlate the two is a waste of time.

There is a problem out there and it needs to be addressed!
We are not making this up folks. I realize that speeds and quality are not consistant. Some have claimed otherwise, but the line speeds that both myself and VeZoZ have posted are a clear indication that somethings wrong somewhere.

There is a point where the level of quality has to be questioned. I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude or harsh, but this is just how I am seeing the situation.

If you weren't directly affected by the link being down then you would've noticed a little more traffic as the downed link traffic was diverted to the others.

As for problems of the last 2 weeks....nothing concrete has been identified as a problem or, more importantly, as a common problem.
