 Anon | The Death of Flashcom We had an SDSL account with Flashcom. All service went dead this month. No one answers the phone. Their service was horrendous when it was up. The biggest problem was the release. The workaround we came up with was to disconnect the telephone line associated with the account and have a new line installed. We place an order with Speakeasy as a new installation. I did not realize that the self release would work. It was unclear whether we really needed to change the phone number. I got conflicting info from Covad and Speakeasy. This was a line we used for modems only so the change did not affect our business. |
