Sprint Ion

I was ripped.. I paid for setup fees and everything . My line went dead then I called and they said I wasn't excising customer. What should I do?

1. Call them again with setup fee payment info available.
2. If that fails, complain to FCC and Florida Public Service Commission.

When you call them, remember to escalate, escalate, escalate your issue.

Also, keep in mind to ask their supervisor and manager's name, and direct phone number. (don't be afraid calling VP, or Bill Esrey (CEO) to escalate your issue.)
