can't update billing info

The page to update billing info on Flashcom's site is broken--you get an error when you try to submit it. And of course you can never get through to a live person on the phone.

So how am I supposed to give them my updated credit card info?

try reading the other posts on the board..... you deserve to be overbilled if you cant make an effort. anyway here you go:

"I'd be more than happy to assist with any billing inquiries forwarded to my email. My "correct" email address is stephanied@flashcom.com."

First of all nobody said anything about being overbilled. It's simply a matter of paying for the service I am receiving, no more and no less.

We'll see if the email address if legit or not. Probably a bunch of numbskulls with other non-billing complaints are already filling up that mailbox, only making it harder to sift through to the valid billing problems.

I got thru to them to change my info last week at this number, I think I got thru to Corvad tho. 1.714.799.2300. Hope this helps. I've had a excellent connection and no downtime since joining them back in May 2000.

Why would you want to update your billing information? I doubt that you will ever get service again. We are installing a new dsl isp and looking forward. I don't have any contract with Flashcom at this point. If I did, from my standpint, its been constructively cancelled by them since all service to all customers may ahve been stopped in February.

DONT DO IT !!!

this may be your only chance to avoid months and months of billing when you no longer have flashcom( as will soon be the case). I suggest you stay well alone and let them try to find you. Many many ppl have been getting billed erouneously by flashcom so be VERY wary !!

Thanks stefanie but that's too little too late. Our credit card account has been cancelled and I tried no less than 8 times to notify Flashcom by email and phone that we needed to change it. I'm not being overcharged but somehow I think we did our part and our contract has been breached! We have loved our service but enough is enough!

I sent an email Tuesday to Flashcom regarding my updated credit card info, and received a response that same day.

Honestly, sometimes I wonder if we are talking about the same company. I don't know how I've been able to get prompt and attentive service for the past two years while everyone else seems to be neglected.
