Under contract till December or January (wasn't informed of this during when ordering) with the IDSL package for 50 a month service has been iffy but for the 50 bucks it's not worth the trouble. Can't get through to negotiate, would prefer NOT to pay the cancelation fees. Think if I call and report the card stolen they would contact me for updated information allowing me to bypass trying to get a hold of them? HELP
