Look what MediaOne subscribers went through as their UL speeds were cut. On the other side of the coin...what will happen with Ultralink...will we see 2 highbrow tiers 3500/384 for $95 and 3000/384 for $80 or what?

Who knows...but these large providers have a history of dropping service not raising it.
