This has persisted for more than two years despite repeated attempts to get it straight. It's been a source of constant problems and has firmly embedded in my mind Sprint's administrative incompetence.<br><br>However, it does have one benefit: apparently Sprint is giving the $400 credit to both accounts. I'll believe it when I get the dollars.]]></description>

When he asked her about broadband, she advised she had "Sprint ION".  At our home, we never started to call it BizDsl...<br><br>The funny part is after she told him that, he began a smear campaign against ION, for its "Poor Customer Support", "Unstable connection rates", and "Long Installation Time."<br><br>I felt it to be quite humorous that this sales person was assailing a broadband that has not existed as "ION" for over a year, and the last remnants are terminating this month!<br><br>Perhaps, he could have been a little more effective to have tried a "rescue" sales pitch...  <br><br>"So, its going away?
