What is needed for a point to point local loop?

If you are trying to bring a remote office onto your network, how do you do it?

This is what we have in the main office:
router 2621 used for the existing t1(s0/0 f0/0) with s0/1 & f0/1 not is use
router 3640 available for running new t1 line to the other office.

A local data loop is between our two offices. We are trying to be the ISP for the other office. I want the other office to have one usable IP for its own email. We have a full class c license. They would have their internet and such through the main office T1. What type of equipment can I run on the other end of the Cisco router? A small Linksys, netgear or SMC router? Do I need a t1 router on the other end. I would not rather use the 3640 for a small t1. How do you configure the router for such things? I can configure it to work with a t1 and thats about it. Any suggestions? Any recommendations?
