Re: WMP11 Startup Issue Well, I'm back. I've been working with Tech Support on this issue. We have tried seemingly everything. Each day they would e-mail something else to try and that evening I would attempt it. The new drivers do not work any different than the old drivers (at least on my configuration). They even asked me to reload Windows, which I did, and after 2 painful hours of Windows loading - the card reacted the same.
When last I communicated with Tech Support they were trying to duplicate the problem and apparently couldn't. I haven't heard from them in several days now.
Has anyone else solved this yet? |
