Anon | Just made the Switch! After 2 years with Flashcom/Covad I got the email from Flashcom and went to the Covad site to request an ISP switch.
Fearing the worst, I filled out the form and was assigned to Covad.net for my new ISP. The site warned that the switch may wipe out service for awhile and I was given a dial-up account for back-up.
12 hours later the switch was completed (no downtime that I noticed) and speeds are UP!
If Covad can make this transfer this smooth for everyone, they must be doing SOMETHING right! |
