(but unfortunately, they don't serve Atlanta; a few smaller exurban towns have city-government-owned overbuilds, and of course there are all the apartment complexes with their own CRAP, but most people are stuck choosing between either AT&T/Comcast [or Charter or Adelphia, depending on the area] or a dish.)
