 Anon | Immediately contact your credit card company. They will guide you through the painfull "dispute" process!.
Winfire wasn't crooked. I was one of the lucky few who had great service with them. Still do! (I'm logged in as I write this)!
I'm bummed that I'll have to pay more $$$$$ for DSL!
