WHen is Northpoin/NYC/SDSL going down?

I had this service for a 1 1/2 years now.
ANd i have not been billed for a while.

Any1 knows when THe lines are going down permanently? i didn't switch to Telocity.Iam waiting `till RR is avalaible here.

So is it March 16?or another Date?
