I have no trouble getting through to the 24.118.178 block via 12.122.2.221 router port. If my packets are being routed to your cable modem, so are those from the company's server. The problem is almost certainly in the reverse path. It looks like the router one of whose ports is 12.122.2.221 does not know a route to 209.32.151.xxx.

12.122.2.221 and 12.126.248.38 are ATT IPs, not ATTBI(Comcast). You need to talk to ATT Worldnet Services. ATTBI/Comcast is unlikely to be of any help.
