Your comment has been seconded.
CV is really pushing things this time (and not just firmware he he )
Do they not realize that they could end up losing a lot of customers like this? People are not going to stand for this type of crap. Seriously, what type of message does this send to would-be CV customers? It says that CV is not a stable company, and you're going to end up paying more than you should be in no time.
By the way, when do the new prices take effect?

Edit: Oh yeah, forgot to add that I'm stuck with CV. I can't get DSL. OOL is fine right now, but I have a feeling that it will be going downhill sooner or later.

Glad to see how Cablevision is destroying there user base. I dont have cable tv and pay $49.99 a month. Cablevision is only giving you $5.00 off if you dont subscribe to there over paid service. My advise. Dump Cablevision get Directv and the saving you receive from Directv will cover the added cost and then some.

But I cant find the "Any" key

I *was* paying $29.95 under my contract until it expired Nov 2nd... It went up to $39.95 for the December bill... And now its going up again to $44.95... Nice... Real nice...

Maybe we can hit $49.99 by the end of this year..

You can probably count on it. And a price increase is certainly not one of those situations where you would say "I'd hit it."

even if they lose a lot its not enough for them to lose money over all. i'm sure cv does the research befor a price change to make sure they will come out on top.

I had IDSL (144 up/down) for a year and change before OOL came to Hawthorne. I was paying $100 a month for that. I won't be going back to IDSL. Living in a 2 family house, I wasn't sure about getting a dish. Looks like my Landlord and I will be splitting a DirecTV bill and they'll get their Yankees

I can't justify keeping IOTV for about $85 a month when DirecTV is so much less and offers more or even the same. Especially since my raise this year wasn't even a cost of living raise.
