Cyberonic → 1 week and still no email

Been trying to get all sorts of problems sorted out. First the mode/router into bridge mode. The static ip. Then ident and local host. The last is the lack of any email ability due to the relay issue. Last night they answered that they had to call me back (and did not do so.) Today the phone is a constant busy. I hate this crap.

Fortunately the combination of no port blocking and my own domain name with hosting has allowed me to send emails with using cyberonic, but they should really fix these problems.

Well at least I got an answer via email today. They said they were looking into it and would have it fixed in 24 hrs.

And this is why I am right behind this isp. No other isp would try to work with their customers and fix a problem, even with tons of new customers and problems to resolve. I am not goin anywhere cyberonic.
