rev dns working yet

been a subscriber since last may or so, curious if reverse dns is available for worldcom customers yet??

Worldcom are still working on it.

They have laid off so many people we have to keep requesting it with a new group of people, getting quite annoying for such a simple thing.

Supposedly there will be an online tool for ISP's one of these days.

How are the DTV refugees treating you?? Are you getting a lot of converts? What are most people getting, Covad or Worldcom?

I would assume Covad since its a cheaper product for you to sell.

Just heard today, reverse DNS is now configurable by Worldcom.

I guess we were not the only ISP complaining.
