Hi, I currently have Acedsl. I want to switch to Cyberonic today but I have a few questions. Do I have to cancel Acedsl ahead of time? Or is it possible to "hot swap" it some how like DirectTV? Will Cyberonic help me cancel?! thanks alot!
More than likely they won't be able to do a hotswap. The best thing to do is cancel your currently DSL wait until your modem doesn't have Sync with the DSLAM anymore. Then call Cyberonic and order new service. I know it sucks to be with out DSL for that long but the price and value for product is well worth it.
