San Francisco, CA | How long is the on-hold wait? I think I've been holding for about 30 minutes trying to speak with technical support (need bridge mode). After getting a busy signal many times I finally got in, and after being told by the recording that I might be recorded for training purposes (training me should be the least of their worries), I selected option 2 (technical support).
I heard "one moment please", then silence for the past 19 minutes with occasional pops that sounds like I've just been disconnected (but never get any indication that I have). Does anyone know if this is normal for Cyberonic's phone systems or does it have black holes? |

I got through in about 25 Minutes a few hours ago. I was calling for the same thing. I was surprised no Sinatra hold music tonight  |
