SF Business Hours Slow Speed Fix

I got the following email from John Phelan at cyberonic today:

"01/31/03

Mr. Quinn:

Thanks for the good news in your recent emails. We will continue
to try to improve so that you do not have to jump ship again. WorldCom
informed me late last Sunday that they had already taken measures to
correct the "Bay Area" slowness. See below.

Regards,

John Phelan

Subject: Calif speed problems

John,

I saw this on dslreports:
»Trouble Ticket from cyberonic to Worldcom

I didn't see a ticket on this, do you have our ticket number? Also, we
increased the bandwidth in both San Fran and San Jose last week so this
should have been fixed. Did they still have the same problems on Friday? If
so, it's probably an individual line problem and not a bandwidth problem to
the Internet.

Please let me know. Thanks!

As I said I'm been cruising at 1200+/600 for the past week. This explains it.
