Westell DSL Modem w/Cyberonic

Does anyone here use a Westell DSL modem with Cyberonic internet? I want to use mine as it had been rock solid with Verizon DSL for a few years. I have tried to hook it up, set to vpi/vci 0/35, etc.. but can't connect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope, it won't work. I wanted to use my Westell also. You can only use the router they provide.

I think the problem stems from the fact there are in fact people using Westell DSL modems with Worldcom ADSL. I just need to know how.

It needs to be in RFC1483 routed as well. I'm not sure what else needs to be set with the Westells, but I got a $1 Efficient 4060 to work with that setting.

It is RFC1483 routed. The VPI and VCI are correct too. I am pretty sure the problem lies with the default gateway. On the Speedstream and Cisco they send out, the default gateway is one less than your public IP. With the Westell, I don't think it matches up that my IP - 1 is the gateway. See what I mean. The westell wants to be 192.168.1.1 or whatever.
