Wouldn't it be fair for you to also mention that you issued the "reboot factory" command after you gained access to your 5861 which wiped out the configuration?

Absolutely! After you gain access via the reset method, backup all the files using the Efficient Configuration Manager (GUI) to your PC. Then do whatever you want after that to the 5861 including changing the admin password or reboot factory. You could always restore the files using the GUI from the PC to the 5861 if Cyberonic needed access back into the 5861. Don't forget to backup your updated configuration before you reload the Cyberonic config. |

San Jose, CA | here is hot script that i obtained from Syberonics incase you need it.
At 1AM est time I was able to get someone on the phone to help me and give me this script. Keep in mind that I have gotten my IP and Mask 3 time and each time it was wrong. I could not ping their DNS as well.
