Warren, MI | Rhytms line here, just spoke too Telocity Was told that their 1st trail run of Rhythm was successful last week on 3/15, was told 40 customers was in this trail migration.
For the 1st time today I was confirmed too be in their database with credit card cleared. They didnt have a email account for me so I gave them my Hotmail account.
The Rep explained that they will be switching over 900+ customers sometime next week but cant verify if I will be in this migration. They now will be able too send me my migration date via email. The rep also explained that there is no issues she is aware of with Rhythm lines migrating over, this process WILL happen, just taking longer for Rhythm lines.
Whew all sounded good too me. BTW I still have an active DSL line now with great speeds/stability. Hope it stays the same after the migration. |
