Those questions are definitely misleading.
That's pretty low. I hope the residents of the Tri-City area don't fall for the tricks.
This is one of the reasons I'm usually suspicious of statistics. SBC and Comcast can take an unfair survey like this, and then they'll boil the results down to a short summary in which they say "the community is opposed to government-run broadband."
