It could be a glitch and you could un-install it using Symantec un-install tool and then reinstalling it.

Did it say anything about how long the original subscription runs for when you installed? Maybe it only gave you three months? errr, I'm grasping at straws here...and do you remember what it said in that box BEFORE you reinstalled? Different date?

Why do you think this is wrong? It still knows when you activated the subscription even if you reinstall. You don't get to "start" over just because you did did a format and reinstall. No one would ever renew their subscriptions if they could do that.

I did a format and fresh install just 3 months ago and I get a pop up from Nortons saying my sub will run out in 30 days.I know inflation is up but this is a joke.Anybody every see anything like this after three months?
