jasqid : So I get this call tonight from ATT Broadband. Yes, she said this was "ATT Broadband"! Not Comcast. And she goes on to introduce herself and ask if I would take part in a survey they are doing. I respond, "ok".

So Her first question is something along the lines of this..."What were the main reasons you have cancelled your ATT Broadband account? Was it quality of service, price, speed issues......" I cut her off and ask why is she asking me "these" kinds of questions when I have a current Basic Sub AND Choice Link HSD?

She responds with "OH, okay.... blah blah blah... dont worry about it then...."

W.T.F.!!??
