Los Angeles, CA | Tech support takes forever to answer What's up with Megapath's tech support lately? They take forever to answer the phone (30-60 minute hold times). Is it just me or anyone else experiencing this? |

| Yep, I've been dealing with a Megapath problem sin ce the beginning of Feb. Everytime I need to call in it takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get the problem escalated. |

dang thats weird.... everytime ive called them, even at 4-6pm cst never had a wait more than 5-10minutes....most of time its maybe a minute or 2 and connected right up |
