Looks like Megapath may be getting a bitter extra-strength taste of what it did to Phoenix customers.

Chipinphilly @phoenixdsl.net	I think perhaps we need to bitch to our local lawmakers about AT&T throttling competition in the DSL arena by grabbing up NP's assets.
