I second this idea, and especially that we try and split the work as much as possible.
It may be easier in the beginning to work one week on UD, and the next on TSC. Perhaps after we've been going for a while, we can set up another machine, and dedicate one to each project.

A "blade" is like your computer, but without the case, the hard disk, CD, or floppy drives, and no monitor, keyboard, or mouse. It's just a motherboard (preferably with built-in video and network capability) that networks back to a main server.
They're called "blades" because real blade servers have long thin blades that mount vertically and can be slid in/out for quick replacement. What we'd build is a home-grown version of the real thing, using standard computer parts instead of cutting edge technology.

Would be a good system for diferentiation...this way instead on one week one one week of...the blades can be divided between the two projects. This would be less work for the host...
