Ok I'm gonna throw something in the works here

63 million dollar for the initial build out. Why not? Maybe seeing they will offer better service at a lower price they can make money. The fat cats file a 2 billion dollar quarter and offer high prices and low service. So let's say the municipal charge just 10 dollars less and a better service. I am sure they would make the money back. The only way for them to lose is for the fat cats to cut their prices and up their service, Which is hard to see them doing it. My isp is starting to slack off now. the 24 hour tech support is gone the retention to their news server is only 24 hurs on most groups. Funny were still paying the same price. What is bandwidth getting more expensive and did it become a natural resource that we may run out of someday? With all this stuff about faste speeds and new speed records why does it seem like they want to charge more and give less? Sorry got rambling on there. Give me some municiple broadband in Peoria Illinois. Ok now let the people start flaming what I had to say seeing I know they will.
