Denver, CO | NP Circuit Deathwatch: Up or Down? Over on the IBS thread, some users trying to ping their home installs from work are reporting no response, though that could be just an IBS problem.
My Northpoint site is still up here in Denver.
The messages at EV1 suggest that things are still in play, and nothing is likely to happen until mid-day..... |

| I have IBS/NP and am located in Orange County, CA. As of now I am still up. I ordered XO/Covad last week, and I already have an install date of 4/5!! I also ordered (at the same time) from speakeasy.net and haven't heard from them.
I think this shows that XO can get new lines installed very quickly with Covad. |

Check out the latest on the DSLreports front page, it looks like NP is going down.....
What they're saying is that circuits will be disconnected as the carriers (Telcos and their COs?) see fit; the last time this happened to us with JATO some customers went dark within a day or two while others across town had service for a week or two. |
