<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/645598"><b>BHaasie</b></A> : Lets think about this for a minute. Comcast is offering a discount to people who subscribe to Cable TV service. If this all goes through the only outcome I can foresee is a rate hike for the Cable Subscribers to match what the non-cable subscribers are paying now. This only feeds into Comcast's hands :(. They will get $54.90 (whatever the cost is) from us all. They got us by the sack right now, can you imagine if we all have to pay a higher rate. ]]></description>
