Comcast is offering a discount to people who subscribe to Cable TV service. If this all goes through the only outcome I can foresee is a rate hike for the Cable Subscribers to match what the non-cable subscribers are paying now. This only feeds into Comcast's hands :(. They will get $54.90 (whatever the cost is) from us all.
