Another Flashcom Update

FWIW...

Dear Flashcom Customer:
The deadline to move your DSL service from Flashcom to another ISP, using
Covad's Safety Net program, has passed.
From March 28, 2001 until April 13, 2001, Covad and its ISP channel partners
will moving your DSL service onto a new ISP's network, bringing your account
under the responsibility of this new ISP. During this migration from
Flashcom to your new ISP, your DSL service will be interrupted.
To restore your service with the new ISP, you need to contact them and enter
into a new service agreement. You can find your new ISP by using Covad's
Safety Net program located at www.covad.com, or by calling our Covad Safety
Net hotline at 1-800-366-7221.
If you do not enter a new service agreement with your new ISP by May 1,
2001, your service will be permanently disconnected. If you have already
switched your service to a new ISP, please disregard this message.
We appreciate your business and patience in this matter, and look forward to
providing your DSL service in the future.
Thank you, Thank you,
John McDevitt Richard Rasmus
