CIBC is very very dumb and they (CIBC) suck for banking too most of the time. Twice my account got screwed with a false $500 deposit and then the bank found the error and corrected it, lucky I did not go spend any of it otherwise I would have gone in the hole. My mom had this happen a few times to her and she did end up spending the money they screwed up in putting it there and later got nailed real good in the a**. Next day she switch to Royal Bank which has not errored once since she got the account three years ago. So I can easily see CIBC acting like an idiot with this issue. |
