Australia has to be the worst country for any kind of connectivity. people may cry about Cox's 30gb cap yet telstra australia has 300 megabytes/month cap and many dialup accounts are one gigabyte per month capped. like i always say "no matter how bad you think you are off, theres always someone thats worse off"
