Quincy, IL | Ciso in Quincy il i was completely happy with my service from britsys through newedge...i lost my line and had a new circuit installed and it has been horrible ever since
i've been complaning since say one but i think tech support works an hour a day one day a week
i've been complaining about latency, i can't get anything below 100ms to ciso, that's not good dsl
thought the problemw as between my house and the dslam, and after finally getting their attention in the issue, a few weeks later the called and said it was fixed, but it certainly was not
i've been nothing but dissapointed with ciso thus far, but if they can get my line fixed i'll be more than happy to write up a nice little review, but it's been 4months and still nothing but crap |
