Warren, MI | Finally ALL is well! Im on Telocity's network I have full speeds, even better than before. Cant express how happy I am, had failing connections last few weeks but now everything seems too be almost perfect. My migration was done Friday nite 3/31. Well Im signing off Phoenix board see you all at Telocity's web site.
BTW - I didnt have clue of TCP settings, I just used DHCP too connect and disabled my old DNS settings. I will probably make static with WINIPCFG too avoid a potential problem with their DHCP server, but not a big deal at moment. Also didnt have problem with using my old Cisco 675 via my Rthyms line, there where some initial speed line problems following the migration but after talking too Telocity's Tech they gave Rthyms a call and Im full powered as of now. In fact the DNS servers seems too be even faster, instant browsing.
 Feels good too have a home again where I can actually call Tech/Customer support for help if needed. Called Telocity's Tech for minor help regarding email settings, I never had a Phoenix email address:( which isnt big deal for me since I love using a more permenent/lifetime email hotmail. |
