We received migration e-mail on Friday, saying bigbox would arrive in 2 days, but no date filled in on the migration date--- Then at 5:40 this am our phoenix dsl died. Much to our surprise bigbox arrived when we got home today and we're connected and FLYING...no shit...migration without a hitch...good luck to you all.

Soylent green, did they send your bigbox yet? some other peeps connected by using the phoenix box...but I don't remember how to do it...try reading back through the last month of posts to find the instructions...good luck...don't give up...once it works it'll be great!

Re: This is pissing me off.

I'm on iDSL, so I'm keeping my current modem. i talked to two people today... one said I'd be migrated as soon as they updated the database to include my new IP, and the other said I needed to come into telocity as a new customer. Who's right? I hope the first guy was, because If I have to wait a day longer, I'm exploring my options elsewhere.

Money isn't much of a problem. But if money wasn't a problem at all, I'd get a t3...

Surprise, Surprise. Seems that everything these morons at telocity told me was bullshit. Got an email today from telocity, telling me all I needed to know, and within 5 minutes, my iDSL was back up running thru telocity. a LOT faster than is used to be too! I ping 60 to some Counter-Strike servers, and that was all but impossible for me with phoenix as my isp.
