Re: You're joking right? What if we already live in an area that HAS relatively little crime (or at the very least a very potent police force), and we are surrounded by quality schools? Some of the school districts around me are near tops in the state. Some of the cities around me (not necessarily my own) are also near tops in the state for services and crime prevention.
If communities have solved all those problems, why do you have a problem with some communities turning their attention to areas that are less important but also quality of life issues (IMHO)?
