While I'm in the process on getting service elsewhere, (thanks for nothing, Telocity,) I was at least thankful that I was able to access my mail at the Phoenix website. Until today, that is.
Is anyone else having trouble getting through to phoenixdsl.com ? I've read posts that warn they're planning to shut down and didn't expect any kind of notice but it would've been nice to be mailed in advance if that were the case.
