 | No estimated time to fix for migrating RADSL lines I've been down since Monday morning 4/2, and called Telocity that day and a ticket was opened.
Today I called in again to check, and the rep told me the last update to the ticket was on Tuesday 4/3, when my name was added to a list of RADSL customers.
He said there is some problem with getting RADSL customers working on Telocity's network, and there is no estimated time for this to be fixed.
The frustrating part is that my line has been up and trained the whole time -- just no IP or other connectivity.
I try making DHCP requests periodically, but no answer.
Anyone else with RADSL having either good or bad luck getting migrated? |

 | I'm in the same situation, I just hadn't heard about RADSL-specific problems or a list. I guess I better call again and make sure I'm on the list. |

Anon | reply to bretmartin I have also been down since Monday morning. Got my gateway on Tuesday and all I get is blinking red status light which basically means it can not connect to Telocity network.
Called telocity and they said Rhythms is basically screwing up most of the people that were suppose to be migrated over last weekend and didn't route them correctly. I was told everything was suppose to be corrected last night. Well, that didn't happen. According to the rep today, it has been "escalated" up to top officals of telocity and rhythms, but still no ETA of when it should be fixed.
BTW- I have SDSL and my old modem still syncs with the CO but I can't ping anything and I also tried the DHCP trick with no luck.
I got a feeling I am out for a while. |
