 | Reason for Price Cut The reason for the price cut is because they CUT half there tech support staff. You thought your hold times were already bad just wait. I admit actually our hold times went down a tad but if you look at the ratio of agents to customers calling in youd laugh. Verizon doesnt have enough agents. Wifi issues have a new support group which im sure will be under much scrutiny and they just finished there training a few weeks ago. Dont get mad at the agent when you get hacked. Just report to BBB. THe user/pswd we send through wifi wont be secure with 128bit encyption lol. Did most of you ever think of this. If there is a person to hack your account its not going to just affect your "WIFI" session it will affect your email,webspace,myaccount,account security everything. I dont think verizon sat down and throughly thought this out they never do. |
